System Admin

• Admin have to login to web-based backend to manage the system
• Manage account: can manage sellers & buyers account
• Manage subscription fee: can set monthly subscription fee for each seller registration
• Manage commission rate: can set commission rate for each purchase
• Payout: When buyer pay for the product on the app, the payment will go to admin's account first. Therefore, admin has to manually pay back to the seller after commission.
